Reverse osmosis purification system

This system adopts stainless steel sand filter, active carbon filter effectively to remove big impure particles and suspending matters, improve RO membrane water inputting index, effectively remove the smell and rest chlorine of the original water, and improve the taste of water quality. The main machine adopts American high effective low-pressure compound film, with single film salt removing degree up to 99%. The high low-pressure protection imported form Korea ensures the breakdown low to 0, with the outputting water up to national pure water standard.
Reverse osmosis device
The reverse osmosis device is an equipment to purify the saline water under the action of pressure difference of semi permeable membrane. It is called reverse osmosis, as it is counter to natural penetration direction. Different materials have different osmotic pressures. The reverse osmosis method to adopt larger osmotic pressures id used to obtain the purpose to separate, extract purify and condense.
More than 97% soluble salts and 99% glues, microbe, particulate and organic substances, etc can be removed by the reverse osmosis. Product Parameters

 

This water treatment system consists of three tanks: a water softening tank, an activated carbon filter, and a quartz sand filter. Here is how they operate:

1. Water softening tank: The raw water first enters the water softening tank, which contains ion exchange resin. This resin removes magnesium and calcium ions from the water, reducing water hardness. In this process, sodium ions are exchanged with magnesium and calcium ions, resulting in softened water.

2. Activated carbon filter: The softened water then passes through the activated carbon filter, which contains activated carbon. The activated carbon can adsorb organic substances, residual chlorine, and odors in the water. Through this step, impurities and odors in the water are further removed, improving the quality and taste of the water.

3. Quartz sand filter: The water, after passing through the activated carbon filter, flows into the quartz sand filter. The quartz sand in the filter can filter out small particles, sediment, and suspended solids in the water. This process helps clarify the water and remove suspended particles.

During normal operation, the raw water goes through the water softening tank to remove hardness minerals. Then, the softened water is further purified by the activated carbon filter, removing organic substances and odors. Finally, the water flows through the quartz sand filter for final clarification and fine particle filtration. The resulting treated water is of high purity and has a pleasant taste.
